International Paper wanted its customers to use IPGoBox for box orders. Many still called in for status updates or waited for answers. The video had to show the platform’s main features, like ordering, order status, and trailer, invoice and BOL lookups, in one minute.

We built the story around two business partners at a small company. Sharon waits on updates while Bob checks the yard for the right trailer. Then IPGoBox comes in. Bob orders from the office, from a plane and from a coffee shop, and checks status in seconds. The video ends with the box reaching a family at home, tying the platform to the people it serves.
the story in eight beats
The script moves from frustration to a quick, easy order. Here is how it plays out, frame by frame.

Hours lost to order status updates.

Bob checks the yard for his boxes.

One quick look on his phone.

Ordering takes seconds.

Every order in one view.

Even from a plane seat.

The team packs with confidence.

A happy customer at the other end.
sketch first, then animate
We storyboarded the script panel by panel before animation began. Each panel paired a line of narration with a clear action. Pick a panel to see the sketch, the final frame and the script behind it.

"IPGoBox lets you place an order, view open orders"
Bob works in the office on the IPGoBox platform.
the final artwork
Warm interiors, teal uniforms and a friendly cast. Each scene puts the platform in a real place where customers work, travel and live.
